Everyone is talking about unconscious bias and how it is inevitable. That is a scary idea for those of us who try so hard to be “bias free”. Just because it’s inevitable, doesn’t mean that we can’t do something about it. Join Tabitha Moore and VBSR for an Implicit Bias Training where we will explore how bias can lead to structural discrimination and oppression and what you can do to recognize, prevent and address it in the workplace.

This is a two hour virtual workshop that is well suited for anyone from CEO’s to employees at any level who are looking to better understand, bring awareness to, and limit implicit bias in their businesses and organizations.

Training Coordinator, Child Welfare Training Partnership at the University of Vermont; former President of the Rutland-Area NAACP

Tabitha Moore is a consultant, educator, activist and small business owner. She specializes in diversity, equity and inclusion in systems of government. She is a PhD candidate in the field of Transformative Social Change and spends her free time hiking with her three children and dogs.
