COVID-19 Strategies for Managing Your Mental Health

Pandemic fatigue is real. Americans are struggling with maintaining their mental health as the Coronavirus Pandemic persists and continues to affect daily lives. Despite the real fatigue that all of us are experiencing from healthcare workers, to working parents, senior citizens, teachers, and children; staying optimistic, hopeful and understanding where to find resources to support mental health will be key to surviving the next several months.
University of Vermont Robert Larner College of Medicine’s Jan Carney, MD, MPH; COVID Support VT’s Catherine Burns, Ph.D, and Michael Nilo, MD Candidate will discuss the affects that the pandemic has had on our mental health, resources, and strategies to manage while the pandemic persists.
Healthy coping mechanism, how to manage your nutrition, exercise, and support your mental health will be discussed. Resources will be provided.
