The festival is a one-day event where do-it-yourself mechanical wizards of all ages attempt to launch pumpkins as far as possible with trebuchets (medieval siege engines). Competitors from Vermont, New Hampshire, Connecticut, Massachusetts, and New York attend this event each year. In addition to the flying pumpkins, there will be music, children’s activities, a chili cook-off, and great food. Join us as a spectator or a competitor!
All proceeds benefit the Clarina Howard Nichols Center’s work to end domestic and sexual violence.
