• Discuss choosing a name and entity
• How to obtain an employer identification number, licenses, permits and insurance

Instructor: Cristine Hammer
Cristine Hammer has had several careers—therapist in mental health, owner of a home-based wearable arts business, marketing director of a film production company, senior vice president and equity partner of a graphic design company, and currently, a freelance marketing consultant and copywriter. Hammer’s involvement with CWEVT includes class instructor and Advisory Board member. In addition, Hammer serves as Chair of the Essex Conservation & Trails Committee, is a certified Vermont Master Gardener, a member of the League of Vermont Writers, and with her dog, Nikki, works as a certified therapy dog team. She also enjoys traveling the world when she can.
