In the third of a six part series from the Vermont Center for Emerging Technologies and Hotel Vermont the Female Founders Speaker Series spotlights female entrepreneurs from around the state. Every month, from January to June, two speakers representing a featured industry will share the story of their business, how to get started, lessons learned, where they hope to go in the future, and more.
There will also be plenty of time for Q&A and networking with appetizers provided and a cash bar in the beautiful Juniper Hall at Hotel Vermont. The event will be filmed by media partners RETN.
The cost of the event is $15 per person, per event, and 100% of proceeds benefit a local charity or nonprofit. All are welcome, but tickets are limited so book them soon!
March’s event will be catered by and benefit the Good Food Truck. The Good Food Truck and Trailer—programs of the Chittenden Emergency Food Shelf—began as an opportunity to address food insecurity faced by many fellow Vermonters. Since receiving startup grants, we have been working with, and receiving support from many fellow Vermonters—from our many retailers, restaurants, and farms, to all of our local community members—to positively impact and provide crucial resources and healthy meals to those facing food insecurity.
