The Commissioner of the Department of Mental Health invites you to participate in a conversation
Creating a 10 Year Vision for the Mental Health System of Care
The Vermont Department of Mental Health will hold four public forums around the state this summer in order to hear thoughts and suggestions from Vermonters about our mental health system of care. These conversations will inform the basis of a shared commitment and accountability for a 10 – year vision of an integrated, holistic health care system.
The first forum will be held in Rutland on June 18th with two available sessions:
❧ Afternoon from 1:30 PM to 4:30 PM, or,
❧ Evening from 5 PM to 8 PM.
(A light dinner buffet will be available in the evening session.)
RSVP: Please RSVP with the session you will attend (afternoon or evening) to: firstname.lastname@example.org. While it is not necessary to reserve a spot, it would be helpful for us to have an idea of how many people will attend.
Location: Rutland Mental Health Services Education & Wellness Center, Engrem Avenue, Rutland.
The Education and Wellness Center is immediately adjacent to Rutland Mental Health Services’ main building at 78 South Main Street. Engrem Avenue is a one-way street.
